Need to work remotely, but out of your house? Offices are available hourly, daily or monthly to meet your needs, either temporarily or permanently.

Offices are located in The Garden Building, which is a three story professional open-air building, home to a variety of therapists, alternative treatment professionals, and other industries.  The building is located on Barrington Avenue, just north of Olympic Blvd. It is close to both the 405 and 10 freeways:  2001 S. Barrington Ave. West Los Angeles, Ca. 90025.

The building offers an attached parking garage for both you and your clients. Parking rates are reasonably priced. The garage hourly parking rate is $3.00 per hour or $9.00 per day.  The garage is free after 6:00 pm and on the weekends. There is usually plenty of street and meter parking in the area.

No down payments or leases required to rent an office. If the office works out well for you, stay as long as you like. If you are not satisfied, or you are moving,  kindly give a month notice.

Furnished and unfurnished offices are perfect for therapy and related professionals including psychotherapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, hypnotherapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, massage therapists, speech, art therapy, educational, body work, and coaches.

Writers, tutors, lawyers, mediators, accountants, and other quiet professionals are welcome as well!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I want to help therapists build their practice one client at a time! This allows for the least amount of monthly overhead as you work on gaining new clients. You can start with one hour at time with no pressure to ever commit to more hours until you need them.
